Terms of service

1. Brand & Intellectual Property
All GIANT designs, including the Elephant-in-G mark, product concepts, visuals,
packaging and creative direction, are exclusive intellectual property of GIANT.
Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Limited Releases
GIANT operates on a limited drop model. Availability is not guaranteed once sold
out.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Prices may change without prior
notice.

4. Order Acceptance
GIANT reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

• Stock discrepancies
  
• Pricing errors
  
• Suspected fraudulent activity

If cancelled, customers will be notified and refunded accordingly.

5. Liability
GIANT is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from product
use.
