RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that confidence in your purchase matters.

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

Items must:

Be unworn and unused
Be in original condition
Include original box, packaging, tags, and accessories
Show no signs of creasing, sole wear, or damage

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our quality standards.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.


 

REFUND POLICY

Approved returns will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Refund options:

Local bank transfer (Sri Lanka accounts only)
Store credit

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
